Tämä on Ceilin henkilötietolain (10 ja 24 §) ja EU:n yleisen tietosuoja-asetuksen (GDPR) mukainen rekisteri- ja tietosuojaseloste. Laadittu 18.03.2020. Viimeisin muutos 2.3.2023 (käännös englanniksi).

3. Rekisterin nimi

Ceilin asiakas-, sidosryhmä- ja markkinointirekisteri (myöhemmin ”Rekisteri”).

4. Henkilötietojen käsittelyn tarkoitus

Henkilötietojen käsittelyn tarkoitus on yhteydenpito Ceilin asiakkaisiin ja sidosryhmiin sekä Ceilin tarjoamiin palveluihin ja teknologioihin liittyvä tiedotus ja markkinointi.

Työhakemusten muodossa annettuja tietoja käytetään ainoastaan osana rekrytointiprosessia ja niitä säilytetään enintään kaksi vuotta hakemuksesta tai viimeisimmästä työhaastattelusta.

Lisäksi Rekisterin tietoja käytetään asiakassuhteiden yleiseen hallintaan kuten palveluiden toimittamiseen, laskutukseen ja/tai muihin vastaaviin toimenpiteisiin.

5. Rekisterin tietosisältö

Henkilöstä voidaan kerätä rekisteriin seuraavia tietoja:

  1. Etu- ja sukunimi
  2. Yhteystiedot (työosoite, sähköposti ja puhelinnumero)
  3. Titteli, tehtävä ja asema yrityksessä ja työnantaja
  4. Muut henkilön tai asiakasyrityksen yhteyshenkilön antamat lisätiedot
  5. Markkinointiluvat ja -kiellot sekä kiinnostuksen kohteet
  6. Asiakassuhdetta koskevat tiedot (esimerkiksi yhteydenotot, annetut palautteet, toimitetut palvelut, tukipyynnöt, tapahtumiin osallistumiset, markkinointisisältöjen käyttö)
  7. Työhakemuksen yhteydessä henkilön antamat tiedot

6. Säännönmukaiset tietolähteet

Rekisteriin kerätään henkilötietoja asiakassuhteen aikana, ennen sitä tehtävän markkinointi- ja myyntityön aikana sekä asiakassuhteen jälkeen tehtävän jälkimarkkinoinnin aikana.

Rekisteriin tallennettavia henkilötietoja voidaan kerätä ja täydentää henkilön suostumuksella Ceilin markkinointiviestien ja verkkosivujen evästeistä ja lomakkeista.

Tietoja voidaan kerätä myös henkilön tai henkilön työnantajan edustajan kanssa käydystä kommunikaatiosta kuten tapaamisista, puhelinkeskusteluista ja sähköpostiviesteistä.

Lisäksi yleisesti saatavilla olevia julkisia tietolähteitä voidaan hyödyntää tietojen täydentämisessä.

7. Tietojen säännönmukaiset luovutukset ja tietojen siirto EU:n tai ETA:n ulkopuolelle

Ceili ei lähtökohtaisesti luovuta henkilötietoja ulkopuolisille tahoille ellei viranomaiset lain mukaisesti niin vaadi.

Ceili voi kuitenkin käyttää palveluidensa toteuttamiseen ulkopuolisia luotettavaksi arvioimiaan yhteistyökumppaneita, joiden edustajat voivat käsitellä Rekisterin tietoja Ceilin puolesta edellyttäen, että he sitoutuvat erilliseen tietojenkäsittelysopimukseen.

Yritysjärjestelyiden yhteydessä Rekisteri voi siirtyä ostajan haltuun, mikäli Ceili myy tai muulla vastaavalla tavalla järjestelee liiketoimintaansa.

Ceilin keräämiä henkilötietoja ei lähtökohtaisesti siirretä EU:n ja ETA-alueen ulkopuolelle. Voimme kuitenkin käyttää palveluntarjoajia, joilla voi olla pääsy tietoihin EU:n ja ETA-alueen ulkopuolelta. Lainmukainen perusteemme käsitellä ja siirtää henkilötietoja EU:n ja ETA-alueen ulkopuolelle liittyy joko:

  1. Euroopan komissio on päättänyt, että kyseisessä vastaanottajamaassa on varmistettu riittävä tietosuojan taso;
  2. olemme sopineet ja toteuttaneet kattavat suojatoimet käyttäen esimerkiksi Euroopan komission hyväksymiä tietosuojaa koskevia vakiolausekkeita;
  3. olet antanut nimenomaisen suostumuksesi henkilötietojesi siirtämiselle;
  4. henkilötietojesi siirtämiselle EU:n ja ETA-alueen ulkopuolelle on olemassa muu lainmukainen peruste

8. Evästeiden käyttö

Sivustomme käyttää evästeitä käyttäjäkokemuksen parantamiseksi ja käyttöä koskevien tilastojen keräämiseksi ja liittää tätä tietoa markkinointirekisteriin. Kun käytät verkkosivua, hyväksyt evästeiden käytön.

Mitä evästeet ovat?

Eväste (cookie) on pieni tekstitiedosto, jonka internetselain tallentaa laitteellesi. Evästeitä käytetään esimerkiksi silloin, kun tietojasi halutaan säilyttää siirtyessäsi internetpalvelun sivulta toiselle. Evästeiden käyttö edellyttää aina sinun suostumuksesi. Sivustomme käyttämät evästeet

Google Analytics

Käytämme sivustolla monille tuttua Google Analyticsia selvittääksemme, kuinka paljon sivustolla on kävijöitä ja mitä kautta kävijät ohjautuvat sivustolle. Google Analyticsin käyttö on hyvin yleistä ja se on käytössä lähes kaikilla verkkosivustoilla nykyään. Google Analytics ei kerää tai tallenna henkilötietoja.

9. Rekisterin suojauksen periaatteet

Ceilin asiakas- ja markkinointirekisteriä ylläpidetään huolellisesti ja asianmukaisin keinoin. Tietoja säilytetään sähköisenä järjestelmissä, jotka ovat tarkoin suojattu. Tietojen tarkasteleminen vaatii aina käyttäjätunnuksen ja salasanan syöttämistä. Kaikkia Ceilin työntekijöitä sitoo lisäksi salassapitovelvollisuus.

10. Rekisteröidyn oikeudet

Rekisteröidyllä henkilöllä on lainmukainen oikeus tarkistaa rekisteriin tallennetut tietonsa, joita hän voi vaatia muutettavaksi, täydennettäväksi tai poistettavaksi.

3. Name of the register

Ceili’s customer, stakeholder and marketing register (later the “Register”).

4. Purpose of personal data processing

The purpose of processing personal data is communication with Ceili’s customers and stakeholders, as well as information and marketing related to the services and technologies offered by Ceili.

Information provided in the form of job applications is only used as part of the recruitment process and is stored for a maximum of two years from the application or the most recent job interview.

In addition, the information in the Register is used for the general management of customer relations, such as the delivery of services, invoicing and/or other similar measures.

5. Data content of the register

The following information about a person can be collected in the register:

  1. First and last name
  2. Contact information (work address, email and phone number)
  3. Title, task and position in the company and employer
  4. Other additional information provided by the person or customer company’s contact person
  5. Marketing permits and prohibitions and interests
  6. Information regarding the customer relationship (for example, contacts, feedback given, services provided, support requests, participation in events, use of marketing content)
  7. Information provided by the person in connection with the job application

6. Regular sources of information

Personal data is collected in the register during the customer relationship, during the marketing and sales work performed before it, and during the post-marketing performed after the customer relationship.

Personal data stored in the register can be collected and supplemented with the consent of the person from the cookies and forms of Ceili’s marketing messages and websites.

Information can also be collected from communication with the person or a representative of the person’s employer, such as meetings, phone conversations and e-mail messages.

In addition, generally available public information sources can be used to supplement the information.

7. Regular delivery of data and transfer of data outside the EU or EEA

In principle, Ceili does not hand over personal data to external parties unless the authorities require it in accordance with the law.

However, Ceili may use external partners it deems reliable to implement its services, whose representatives can process the Register’s data on Ceili’s behalf, provided that they commit to a separate data processing agreement.

In connection with corporate restructuring, the Register may be transferred to the buyer if Ceili sells or organizes its business in another similar way.

The personal data collected by Ceili is not, in principle, transferred outside the EU and the EEA. However, we may use service providers who may have access to data from outside the EU and EEA. Our legal basis for processing and transferring personal data outside the EU and EEA is related to either:

  1. The European Commission has decided that an adequate level of data protection has been ensured in the receiving country;
  2. we have agreed and implemented comprehensive safeguards using, for example, standard data protection clauses approved by the European Commission;
  3. you have given your express consent to the transfer of your personal data;
  4. there is another legal basis for transferring your personal data outside the EU and EEA

9. Principles of Register protection

Ceili’s customer and marketing register is maintained carefully and with appropriate means. Information is stored electronically in systems that are carefully protected. Viewing data always requires entering a username and password. All Ceili employees are also bound by the duty of confidentiality.

10. Rights of the registrant

The registered person has the legal right to check his data stored in the register, which he can demand to be changed, supplemented or deleted.
