Tableau Next is Salesforce’s analytics platform. It brings metrics, dashboards and AI agents into Salesforce and into the platforms you already use, such as Slack and Claude. Its shared semantic layer ensures that everyone in your organisation reads the numbers the same way.
Ceili is a Salesforce Summit Partner that defines and builds your reporting together with you – so that data-driven management shows up in everyday decisions, not just in the monthly meeting.

Do these challenges sound familiar? We help you choose the reporting set-up that fits your business and your users. Use cases are always defined together with you.
Different people may interpret the same reports in different ways.
Someone spends hours pulling data from several systems, and bottlenecks are hard to spot.
It sits in a separate tool and doesn’t answer the questions management actually asks.
Customers are in the CRM, orders in the ERP and campaigns in a marketing tool – and nobody sees the full picture.
AI agents are offered from every direction, but without data and evidence it’s hard to judge the real benefit.
You don’t have to build everything at once. Together we choose the parts that bring the most value right now – and expand step by step.
Views for sales, customer service and management directly in Salesforce, where the work already happens.
We agree what terms like “customer”, “revenue” and “active opportunity” mean – so the numbers match for everyone.
Data from your ERP, marketing and other systems is brought onto the same foundation as your CRM data.
Visual views of how key metrics are developing – with the ability to drill down into the causes.
Metrics can appear in Slack, and you can ask Claude questions about your data.
An insight from analytics can trigger an alert, a task or another workflow, so changes are caught in real time.
In Tableau Next, AI agents help at every stage – from data preparation and analysis to spotting anomalies. Analytics becomes an active working partner on the platform where people already work, instead of a passive view.
AI answers are only as good as the data and metric definitions behind them. That’s why we always start with the data foundation and shared definitions.
Your current reports don’t meet expectations or aren’t trusted – whether they live in Salesforce or in another system. We clean up the data, build clear views and train your users to build reports themselves.
You want shared metrics across the organisation, data from outside the CRM and agentic analytics. We build the Data 360 foundation, the semantic layer and your first views.
Tableau Next is in use, but it isn’t serving you as you hoped. The answer is a Re-Start: we assess the current state, define what should be improved and make the changes you need.

Salesforce customer satisfaction surveys
One version of the truth about the business – and its drivers are visible without a separate reporting round.
Your team’s metrics in Salesforce and in tools like Slack – and the ability to ask your data questions directly on AI platforms.
Pipeline, campaign and account development in one view, with deviations flagged early.
Fewer manually compiled reports, and metrics that are always calculated the same way.
A system succeeds when people can do their work better and leadership can see what is happening in the business. That’s why Ceili’s customer stories describe the problem, the solution and the benefit – not just the product that was implemented.

Every Salesforce project is priced individually, based on what it includes, how much support is needed and the size of the project. Pricing depends on factors such as the number of Clouds and other features to be implemented, integration needs, data migration, training, customisation and the project’s architecture. We’re happy to talk through your Salesforce needs, after which we can put together a quote for you. Our pricing is based on years of experience across different kinds of projects and industries. Yes. Many of our projects involve integrations, and we have extensive experience with them. Although Salesforce is a broad, versatile platform that gives you a 360-degree view of your customers, it often still needs to be integrated with industry-specific solutions, ERP or other external systems. Salesforce offers excellent marketing platforms and tools, but integration with external marketing platforms is also possible.
The organisation’s commitment is essential to a successful Salesforce project. The organisation needs a project manager who drives the project forward on its side and coordinates the overall project together with Ceili’s project manager. Representatives from the organisation’s different business areas are also needed, so that the Salesforce solution is built to serve every unit. The organisation’s team should set aside time for requirements workshops, user training, testing and internal work. When the organisation is committed and reserves enough time for the project, the project is more likely to achieve its goals.
You can read about other organisations’ experiences of Salesforce projects on our Customer cases page.
