We were weary of the market’s available Salesforce connected PDF solutions, which had strict and constrained usage guidelines. For this reason, we developed Ceili GoPDF, which enables you to instantly generate a PDF from Salesforce based on your own specifications. Because we didn’t want the PDF generator to restrict the appearance of the PDF documents generated from Salesforce, we developed a tool that offers a great deal more customization options than earlier versions. Ceili GoPDF allows for data-driven layout and presentation. That is to say, the template is not limited to a certain look or format.
What can you do with Ceili GoPDF?
Define your brand color and font, add your logo, make lists and tables, and many other design elements. Once you’ve made a fantastic template, you can utilize it for future projects or make a new one entirely.
We can prepare one or more templates for the customer as agreed, and teach the customer to become an expert in making templates in the future, if so desired. But the customer can also make the templates
independently with a rather simple user interface.
Ceili GoPDF does not limit your user experience and does not download documents for long periods of time. Ceili GoPDF loads in a matter of seconds, whereas previous solutions could take up to several minutes. So in addition to its customization and dynamism, Ceili GoPDF is significantly faster in practice and relatively easy to use. No need for administrative or coding experience, though it can take some time to get
used to a new tool. You can create conditions so that certain quotes always appear in a certain place in the
file. Or certain information must be filled manually. But despite the pre-defined fields, you can also delete pre-filled conditions or add them. This helps in building a quick-to-create but good-looking PDF document.
Any Salesforce object can have the Create PDF section added to it. From there, you may choose the desired template and other options directly, such the opportunity or custom object data utilized in the PDF.
