CEO’s Christmas Greetings 2025

Ceili’s year 2025 has been a great success overall. The growth phase that began in 2024 has continued throughout the year. During 2025, we will achieve an astonishing 45% increase in revenue. This has been made possible by our customers’ trust in Ceili and in our experts. Our existing customers have continued close collaboration with us, and we have gained numerous new customers over the past year. A big thank you to all of you!

This past year has also been significant for our personnel. We have hired 12 new colleagues. By the end of the year, our headcount has grown to 45 experts. The new talents have strengthened our capabilities in project management, consulting, configuration, and the utilization of artificial intelligence. In addition, our new team members bring an excellent mix of solid experience and youthful enthusiasm.

The 45% revenue growth and the increase in our expert team to 45 Ceili professionals is an amazing result for this year.

Our biggest challenge this year has been the rapid pace of Salesforce’s product development. Throughout the year, we have invested significantly in developing our expertise across several new clouds. These have included, for example, Agentforce, Data Cloud, Revenue Cloud, Nonprofit Cloud, and Marketing Cloud Next. We have had the opportunity to carry out numerous implementations of these for our customers. Internally, we have also invested heavily in improving information security and in the broader adoption of AI in our daily work.

Amid strong growth and continuous learning, we have been able to maintain an average employee eNPS score of over 76 points, which is an excellent level. Meaningful projects, a low organizational structure, the freedom to work remotely, strong team spirit, supporting one another at work, and continuous learning have been at the core of our strong employee satisfaction. It is incredibly rewarding to be responsible for leading such a group of experts.

Agentforce has been one of our biggest focus areas this past year. By the end of the year, we will have completed around a dozen agent implementation projects for our customers. Together with our customers, we have found strong use cases and achieved significant benefits. Agents and Data Cloud will continue to play a major role in our work next year. In addition to these, next year we will invest in a strong mastery of Slack and Tableau Next. Slack is becoming a major interface for using Salesforce, and we aim to be clear forerunners in this.

Next year’s key focus areas are Agentforce, Slack, and Tableau Next. In addition, we are aiming for Salesforce’s highest partnership level, Platinum partnership.

One of next year’s main goals is to further deepen our collaboration with Salesforce. We have established our position as a Gold Partner and are rapidly approaching the highest partnership level, Platinum. This is one indication that our vision of becoming the most seamless and reputable Salesforce partner in Finland is coming to life.
