CEO’s Christmas Greetings 2024

Thank You. This is the first word that comes to mind when I reflect on Ceili’s nearly completed year of 2024. We have had the privilege of working on incredible projects with our fantastic clients. In addition, the deepening expertise of Ceili’s professionals, our successful projects, and achieving Salesforce Gold Partner status are among this year’s highlights.
The year 2024 was thus a tale of two halves
The beginning of the year was challenging business-wise, and the amount of projects for our clients was not on the level we hoped for. We utilized this time effectively for internal development, skill-building, and active sales efforts. Among other things, we have:
- renewed our project model,
- enhanced our information security practices,
- improved our sales model,
- focused on certifications, and
- invested in the development of our own product, Ceili GoPDF.
Over the past year, we’ve achieved a remarkable 53 new Salesforce certifications, completed by impressively 30 different team members. This reflects the depth of our expertise and our ability to support clients with even the most demanding multi-cloud projects.

A positive shift began to show in the late spring. The real turnaround came in summer and early autumn when we gained several new clients. Throughout the autumn, we’ve been busy delivering several new projects, keeping our entire team fully engaged. Thanks to this strong performance, we are slightly surpassing the 2023 revenue levels, despite the weak spring. A big thank you goes to all Ceili team members for managing the heavy workload of the autumn!
Crest Partner Status achieved!
This year’s successes in joint sales efforts with Salesforce, along with the extensive certifications, enabled us to advance within Salesforce’s Partner Program. We achieved Salesforce Crest Partner status, which corresponds to the former Gold Partner status. This alone highlights Ceili’s strong growth story. Both in sales as well as in expertise. Our next goal over the coming years is to reach the program’s highest level – Summit Partner status (previously Platinum Partner).
Success on the client front has continued throughout the autumn, and the outlook for the upcoming year is very strong. This allows us to kick off recruitment efforts. In January, our team will grow again, further enhancing our ability to serve our clients. We estimate our headcount will increase by approximately 10 new experts next year. At the same time, we aim to maintain our strong employee satisfaction. Last year’s eNPS average was an outstanding +76, which we strive to uphold in the coming year.
Our vision is to be the most seamless and reputable Salesforce partner, bringing Finland’s most skilled experts to your service.
During the autumn, our entire team has collaboratively updated Ceili’s strategy. The goal is to strengthten our growth, aiming to double both our workforce and revenue within a few years. We remain committed to ensuring the quality of our project work so that we turn our clients’ project managers into superstars within their organizations. Technologically, we will focus heavily on Data Cloud implementations, leveraging Salesforce AI in client projects, and deploying Agentforce agents. The demand for these services is already strong and is poised to transform the market significantly in the coming years. Our experiences with AI implementations for clients have been very successful, and we have strong confidence in the growing demand for these solutions. Additionally, we will deepen our Marketing Cloud expertise, where we have already made an excellent start.
