Ceili has achieved Salesforce’s highest partner status – Summit Partner
4.3.2026
Ceili has achieved Salesforce’s highest partner status, which means that Ceili is now a Summit Partner! For us, this is a very significant step. This recognition reflects strong and long-term work in developing our expertise, maintaining our customer relationships, and winning new clients. This status also demonstrates success in our most important priority: our clients are satisfied with working with us.
What does Summit Partner level mean?
Achieving Summit level is the result of several factors. It requires broad certified expertise, meeting the goals of client projects, success in sales work, and commitment to the Salesforce ecosystem.
If your Salesforce partner is at Summit level, they have:
- Deep and broad Salesforce expertise: work is built on continuous learning, certifications, and versatile experience gained through different kinds of implementations. Ceili’s experts continuously train and certify themselves, which is an important part of their role.
- Strong proof of success: Summit level is based on a partner’s proven ability to deliver results and maintain customer satisfaction. Ceili’s customer satisfaction is at an excellent level, and the feedback we receive from our clients is extremely positive. You can explore our clients’ experiences in more detail in our customer cases.
- A strategic approach and continuous development: Salesforce partners at Summit level are not only technical implementers, but also help plan a longer-term strategy (roadmap) and ensure that Salesforce supports business goals in a sustainable way. Ceili’s team has a strong foundation of experience from a wide range of projects, across many industries and different business models, and can therefore work together with the client to find the best solutions to implement with Salesforce.
- An up-to-date perspective and development direction: a close connection to the ecosystem helps make use of new capabilities and best practices when it makes sense to introduce them. At Ceili, we systematically build expertise in new Clouds and features, and we are pioneers for example in the field of AI. This allows us to bring our clients the tools that serve them best among the first.
The highest partner status also means even closer collaboration with Salesforce. Ceili has already been a visible part of the Salesforce ecosystem, and we will be even more visible going forward. For example, Ceili has participated with a major investment in the Agentforce World Tour Helsinki event in many years – including the year 2026.
The role of AI and continuous development
The need for AI and agents is growing more Salesforce implementations. We have invested heavily in strong AI expertise over the past few years, and we will continue the same path in the years ahead. Every one of our experts uses AI in their work, every Ceili employee has completed Salesforce’s AI Associate certification, and we continuously strive to develop our strategic AI expertise. Our specialists have strong proof from AI solutions delivered in different projects, and we have implemented Salesforce agents for our clients in a wide variety of ways.
Thank you for your trust
Ceili’s team of experts warmly thanks Salesforce and, above all, our clients and partners for the trust and collaboration that have made achieving Summit level possible. We intend to continue our straightforward approach as part of our clients’ everyday work: in implementations, further development, and support services.
